About Us

JeepersDen was created by Ricky Artes. His idea is to provide fellow Jeep owners with a comfortable and friendly place to shop. He believes in offering customers the opportunity to shop for items at a reasonable price, in a good atmosphere, and with a knowledgeable staff. Honesty is very important to us at JeepersDen. We would rather lose a sale than to sell a part or accessory that a customer would not be happy with. We will not sell an item that we would not run on our own Jeeps. We realize that customers will shop around. In fact, we encourage this, and would like to hear about our customers experiences from other vendors. We will always try to match a price if possible. That said; please understand that not all companies buy at the same wholesale rate and some get better prices than others. If we cannot match another vendor's advertised price, we'll tell you. Our promise to you is to offer you the best combination of service and price so that you can make informed decisions on your product purchases.



Methods of Payment

JeepersDen accepts cash, checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Any order paid by check will be held until the check has cleared and parts will be shipped at that time



Warranty Policy

All products sold are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Any tire over 35 inches that is out of round will be pro rated and labor charges will be charged to customer for replacement to new tires



Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.



Sales Tax

All orders placed in the state of Florida will be charged applicable taxes.

JeepersDen will not sell any information provided to us to any outside party. Your privacy is very important to us and will not be compromised for any reason. JeepersDen may use your information to inform you of sales, services, specials, events, etc. that we may offer. If you do not want receive any of this information, just let us know and you will be removed from our mailing list immediately.





 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. If the order was already shipped, then all return policies are in effect.



Changing Orders

If you need to change your order for any reason please contact us by phone or e-mail. Your order can only be changed if it has not been shipped.



Damaged Shipments

Packages that have obvious damage to the outside carton should be refused. JeepersDen can only place a claim if the product is refused by the receiver. If for any reason you do accept any package and then find out it was damaged it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier to place your claim.

Special/Custom Orders

Special and Custom orders will be paid in advance and are non-refundable

JeepersDen assumes no liability for personal injury, loss or damage caused by any product offered, sold, or product manufactured by JeepersDen. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased. Purchaser understands that any product manufactured by JeepersDen or any supplier product sold by JeepersDen may significantly alter the on-road drivability and handling of the vehicle. Purchaser assumes all liability of products altered, installed, or improperly used by purchaser. Check with your local authorities for laws in your area. Laws and enforcement of those laws vary widely throughout the United States. Remember to wear your seatbelts at all times. Be responsible.
